WMP Error# C00D11CD

WMP works fine for CD's, but when I try to access internet
radio (or video) I get this error message. There is no
support giving me any clue what causes this. Any ideas??

BTW - I'm running on an ME machine w/ WMP 9 - all updates
installed and firewall/security disabled (McAfee).
