WMP 11 no sound on commercial videos

I cannot get sound on any commervial videos on Media Player 11. I have
downloaded some codecs but nothing seems to work. All the other audio,
Cds, Photo Story etc work Ok. The commercial videos play Ok but no
sound.

Should I remove the Media Player 11 and reload it?
 
We heard you the first time. Same answer for the same question.
