WMP 10 not opening at all

Anyone know why this message suddenly started coming up?

"This version of Windows Media Technologies is incompatible with this
version of Windows. For more information, view the information at the
Microsoft web site."

It happened after a few visits to kunstderfuge.com, using firefox. There are
several errors in the FF error log, but don't know if those offer clues.

WMP has worked fine for two years. Now won't open at all. Tried to d/l wmp
11, that wont open either.
WMP 10 was factory loaded with pc in 2005.
Since there is no error code number, MS site has nothing. Any help to fix
this?

Can you do a system restore to a date before you visited
kunstderfuge.com ?
