wmp 10 and video size

has anyone notices occasionaly that the video size cannot be changed? you
can press alt1 2 or 3 for video sizes (50%, 100%, 200%) and sometimes video
will play normally but at 200% and trying to change size has no effect.
closing wmp and reopening the file fixes it but happens occasionally

Noticed the problem too sometimes, i believe it is a known bug.
 
It is not a "bug". The size and changes of the size depend completely on the
resolution of the file your trying to play and the support of your video
card and
your monitors capabilities/settings. You can force/change settings to allow
larger video sizes but the picture will probably be blurred because the
resolution is not supported.
