wmm2 not working

when I try to download the new windows movie maker when it gets done installing it just shuts off and does nothing..i tried restarting the computer..and it still does nothing..i have all of the requierments needed...whats wrong?
 
Can you give more details on what you mean when it shuts off? Are you saying
that MovieMaker just crashes when you try to start it, does it ask you to
submit an error report?
