Everytime I open windows movie maker, about 30 seconds into it it crashes and
i cant do anything. Its really annoying me. What is wrong with it?

What kind of answer is that? Is he supposed to be able to read your mind? If
you know how to fix this piece of crap program, then why don't you post it
here?

Well, that was his first and only message to the newsgroup, and it was 5
weeks ago.... I'll assume he solved it as he never came back and asked for
more help, as most do who don't understand what to do after reading the
page.

The right kind of answer since the same questions are asked over and over
again in this news group.
The two choices are to put the info on a website, and is papajohn's case a
very good website, or to create a bunch of standard text file responses and
copy and paste them every time a question is asked and asked again.
Do you plan to contribute positively to the news group or just spout off?
If you want to simply criticize you may as well go away now.

If somesays to look on my web site, they should put a link to the web site.
That's why I wondered if the person was expected to be a mind reader.

But my website is a link in each of my posts, right below my name... I do
expect people to finish reading the response and see the link....

I'm in full agreement with you... I know there are many different software
apps that can be used to see newsgroup posts.

I happen to use Outlook Express and see the website URLs and links.. Could
it be that the software being used by some people don't show the links? Do
they show up on yours?

I have a link on the main page of my website to a browser-based view of this
newsgroup.... I just used it to check my last post.

My url shows up, but not as a hot link... so it gets a bit harder to pick it
out from the other text in the message.
