Hello, I just captured a desktop recording using Desktop Activity
Recorder for my website. But the quality of the audio was poor, so I
isolated the audio and boosted it in Cool Edit, took it back into
Vegas without touching the video. However, when I render the new
video, the video quality is brutal, although I didn't change it at
all.
Desktop Activity Recorder outputed my file with a Microsoft Video 1
Compressor, and its 1400 x 900. The output from Sony Vegas after
changing my audio is 720 x 480. That's the only thing I can think of
that's messing up my video.
I'd like to just boost the audio of my original video output from
Desktop Activity Recorder and leave the video at the same quality
which plays in Windows Media Player fine. I have to use this for a
presentation and am making a movie in Windows Movie Maker.
Thanks.
