wml downloads won't open

hi

My daughter wanted the ctu ringtone for her phone. She went onto a download
site and paid for it. They sent a message to her phone this is it.

We entered this message into the address bar on our computer it brought up a
box saying open or save. We tried to open it with Windows Media Player but
it says it cannot as there are extensions missing from the file. As I don't
know what these extensions are I cannot search and download them. How do I
resolve this problem. I have Windows Media Player 10 and Windows XP.

Hi thank you for you answer. I have already tried 5 different media players
to try and open or play this download but they have all been unsuccesful.
Any other sugestions
