Can you?
It can't be done with Windows Mail. You will need Outlook for that.

I use the free "MyPhoneExplorer" to sync my Sony Ericsson phone with the
free thunderbird via bluetooth on my laptop.
:-)

MPE is the best phone sync app I have ever used, but it only works with
SE phones.
Beats other commercial offerings hands down imo.
