wma to mp3?

Are the wma files encrypted? (ie: did you download them from a pay site?)
If not, try http://cdexos.sourceforge.net/

If they ARE encrypted, pretty much the only non-complex way is to burn a
"normal" cd, and then rip it back as mp3.

You'll have to work that out, we're probably in a legal grey-area here :)
 
If you have Musicmatch, there is way to convert just about any audio format
into mp3. Look in the help files for info.
