I downloaded a song from walmart as a wma and can not insert it into a
presentation. I haven't been able to convert it either. any suggestions?

Dear User,
1)Search for an 'WMA to WAV Converter' in www.google.com or any search
engine. Download, run and convert your original wma file to wav and save it
in the desktop. Open PowerPoint and Insert the sound from Desktop.
or
2) In ur machine , go to volume control and change the record setting with
wave out mix and run your wma and record it with Sound Recorder
(Start>Program>Accessories>Entertainment>Sound Recorder) . But the quality
will not be very good . And it takes much more place in the hard disk.

Hope this will help u .

What happens when you try to insert the file into your presentation? Do you
get an error message? Does PPT crash? Do the books in your shelves fly out
and flap around the room? Give us a hint to work with.

It might be a digital rights issue. Can you insert non-walmart WMA files?
