WM vs Outlook Show in groups

I, like most am new to Vista and Windows Mail. Use to microsoft outlook and
its views. In Outlook views could be "Show in groups" which would put all
messages from each "from" under the same. Mail does not appear to be able to
do this. If I recieve 15 e-mails from JCitizen then all messages from this
person should be listed below this heading. How do I get Mail to do this
automatically.

Click on "From" at the top of the column.
