WM + IMAP not very good...

WM is really terrible handling IMAP. I used OE for many years without any
problems, fast and trouble free. In WM it takes forever to delete messages
for example, if I go through my new emails and check one by one, deleting
spam and stuff... without the preview panel on, over 5 seconds in between
deletes, used to be instant. Plus every now and then it just times out with
an error... really annoying making it a pain to use this program...

Anybody with an idea how to fix/optimize this or is there any way of
replacing or getting OE installed in Vista?

Thanks but no thanks, heh! Not going to setup a virtual PC just to read my
mail!
Well... guess I just need to look in to other mail clients instead then...
what a shame, was hoping for progress... OE seemed much better, both feature
wise and in stability... hate it when good programs get messed up... :(

OK, now testing Thunderbird out, seems to be much more stable/faster,
just like OE was. Hopefully Windows Mail will get "fixed" some day...
until then I'm using Thunderbird instead.
