Today, I Re-installed WLMD (Windows Live Mail Desktop Beta) from
Ideas.Live.Com and I Noticed that an Updated Build is Now Available: WLMD
8.0.0783.

Yes, it was posted a few days ago. Some bugs fixed and some still haunting us.

I received an Automatic Update today to build 8.0.0783.

Will we lose any of our data/information (i.e. newsgroups, RSS feeds)
upgrading?

When I received the Automatic Update to WLMDbeta, I did not lose any
newsgroups, contacts or RSS feeds...I just had to make WLMDbeta the default
e-mail reader and newsgroup reader again. If you have Windows Automatic
Updates enabled, you should receive the update automatically.
