i'm having an issue with my Compaq WL110 wireless LAN pc card device when
running my pc under vista. vista has issues with some of my other devices
but it just seems to be driver issues. my Compaq WL110 wireless LAN pc card
seems to have the biggest issue in vista. the issue is that the device does
not start up or power on at all when it is inserted in to the pc card slot,
yet it works just fine in xp. any ideas of how to fix this?

Have you got the correct drivers for your card, and does your card
manufacturer support Vista?

i don't even know. i can't even tell since the device won't even power on at
all. the device is a Win95 but there is updated driver available for it from
hp and plus the drivers for it are built into WinXP. my Compaq WL110
wireless LAN pc card i have that is nativly supported by windows so i would
like to get it to work. do you haveany ideas so that i can get it to power
on at least? then we can start working on the drivers.

my other devices will start up in vista but i need the driver CDs for them
for some of themand some of them will still not work.
