Hi,

On my XP/WIn2003 (Dual Boot) machine, P4, 2.6 GHz, 2 GB RAM;
the process WKSCAL.exe takes 85 to 100% CPU. What is this process? How can I get rid of it, w/o affacting usual working of PC?

That's the Microsoft works calendar process - if you don't use it then you should be able to disable it in MS Works (or via the "Startup" tab in MSCONFIG if you can't find out how to disable it normally).
