When I restart my computer I get an error message that states that and error occured with the wjview.exe program. I only get this message when I restart my computer. Is there I can do to fix this problem?

Do a search on the file, right-click on it, look under Properties, and see
under its Version tab who makes the program and possibly what it is for. I
just did my first install of Windows XP SP-1, have only performed some of
the updates, but I have no such file on my system. So the path to this file
and the info under the Version properties tab might tell you what you
installed that uses the file.
Or you could go to http://support.microsoft.com, advanced search, and search
on "wjview" for "Windows XP". There's only one KB article there regarding
this file. It might apply to you.
