SYMPTOM
When you start your Microsoft Windows XP-based computer, you may receive the following error message:

WJView erro
Could not execute main. The system cannot find the file specified
CAUS
This problem occurs if Windows XP is configured to run a Java program on startup through the WJView program.
RESOLUTIO
To resolve this problem, remove the WJView program from the System Configuration Utility. To do so, follow these steps:
Click Start, and then click Run
Type msconfig.exe, and then click OK
Click the Startup tab
Click to clear all WJView.exe check boxes that may be in the Startup list
Click OK
Warning If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result from using Registry Editor incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own risk
Remove WJView entries from the Windows Registry. To do this, follow these steps, and then quit Registry Editor:
Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
Locate, and then click the following key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ru

Click File, click Export, select a location to save the file, name the file Run1, and then click Save
Look through the values under Run, and then click to select those values that contain a reference to the WJView.exe program
On the Edit menu, click Delete.
Locate, and then click the following key in the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ru

Click File, click Export, select a location to save the file, name the file Run2, and then click Save.
Look through the values under Run, and then click to select those values that contain a reference to the WJView.exe program
On the Edit menu, click Delete for each value.
