wizards for combi boxes

I am use to using the wizards for combi boxes in ACCESS but for some
reason i can't find a wizard for excel that i can use for a combi box.
I am not too familiar with formatting in excel but i am assuming it is
similar to access - is this a safe assumption?

I ultimately have a 2 columns of data on a excel spread sheet - one
for cities and another for matching countries

I want to use a combi box that the user will scroll through - pick a
country and see all the matching cities etc.

Can someone show me where to begin?

There is no wizard in Excel to create dependent dropdowns.
Debra Dalgleish has a tutorial using "Data Validation" to create them here...

Did you download the sample workbook in order to see what's taking place?

Did you watch the Video?

What is confusing? Creating range names or???
