HI,

When I try to add a command button on a form the button
gets placed on the form but the wizard dose not come up.
Is it possible to disable the wizard? How do I get it
back. The coumputer I'm using was purchased with XP
office on it and I have no disks.

Thanks,
Phil

Phil -
I have office XP as well and found that when I bring up
the toolbox to add controls to a form, there are a
couple of buttons just under the word "Toolbox". One
of them looks like an arrow and the other looks like
a wand with stars. I found that if I click on the wand
button it changes its appearance a little bit. If I
add a button to my form, I found that the wizard dialog
comes up.

Does this help you?

Thanks Fred,

I'm not on the computer that has the problem, but I tried
it on mine and it works just like you said. I'm sure that
is my problem on the other computer.

Thanks again,
Phil

Fred,
I have the same problem as Phil. As per my other post today called,
"Command Button Wizard won't open. Why?"
I really thank you for this post as it worked once I figured out that you
have to "activate" the wand and THEN press the Control button AND THEN draw
the box. Could they make it any more difficult to figure out? After doing
all that, the wizard starts just fine.
