From windows XP home edition I am having problems with The Order prints on
line wizard. I used to use this all the time . I tried it today and when I
do the following nothing happens
select a photo from MY Pictures
click on order prints from left column
up comes the wizard
I click next and the photo is not there . Anyone know how to fix this
problem I sent an e-mail to Microsoft but have not heard back from them . I
also posted in the help support group

is this a Microsoft program you are using, or something from somewhere else?
 
No this is the on line order wizard that is a choice in the MY PICTURES
folder of windows XP home edition . When you go to your pictures on the
left side of the screen the option is there

So what "problem" are you having?
 
I used to use this all the time to order prints. I tried it today and when I

up comes the wizard

.. Anyone know how to fix this

Someone in the help and support group gave me this info and it worked thanks
all who tried to help

No pictures are listed when you click the "Order prints online" wizard:
