Within-user group messages?

Some years ago, someone on our small uesr's group discovered that, with NT
(4.0, I think), there was a simple command that would invoke a kind of
"instant message" program between users on the same user's group. Does this
exist in Win2000? If so, where can I find more about it?

Do you mean the "NET SEND" command?
