with restore

I'm having a problem with scripts not working. some of my web pages will not show drop down boxes. my restore page will not load. some hyper links will not load. I have reset explorer settings, lowered options without success. anyone have any ideas on what to do? I had to get netscape so I could see this page

HELP!
 
Hi Paul I have the same problem. Did you find a solution? This is aggravating. Thanks Tom
