With a bound form open I unchecked the tick boxes in Startup, now.

I am teaching myself to use Access 2000 to help a small non profit
organisation. I made a form for data entry into a table of over 2000 names
and addresses using the wizard. To make it simple for office staff to enter
data, but not to fiddle, I thought I would turn off the toolbars by
unselecting the checked boxes in the Tools/Startup dialogue box (Allow full
menus, Allow default shortcut menus, Display database window etc). This
worked fine and I can still enter data and it is being saved in the
underlying table. Trouble is my table is no longer listed anywhere and I
want to go back to the startup box to put the ticks back so I can access my
table. How do I do that? Unfortunately I did not save today's work before
changing the settings.

Hold down the Shift key when you open the database....
or press F11 while it's open.
