Hello,
I have a linksys wireless router running 802.11G. A workstation running
XP home that will not stay connected to wireless router. It might stay
on for 15 minutes or 2 minutes but will loose signal and drop
connnection and then reconnect. I have a workstation running ME that
runs great at a further distance. I traded out the card that was in
there...off name brand, and replaced it with a linksys card but didn't
help any, tried using windows software, linksys software and another
called odyssey. Downloaded latest drivers, moved computer around the
room, disconnected wireless phones. But still cannot stop the
disconnections from happening. When it is connected everything runs
great, Internet, LAN...
Anyone know of a setting that should be tweaked to help XP with this
matter?
Thanks for your help.
