Wireless/Web Install

I have successfully created an install that the user launches from a windows
desktop, but I would like to know if it is possible for a user to either
launch the install from a web site on the PDA, or from a cab file on the PDA
(bypassing the need for a desktop pc).

Sure, create a CAB and deploy it.

The cab file that I create can only be launched on a desktop. How can you
