Wireless Secure?

Our wireless connection is secure but when i look it up on my mobile it states:
"Wireless Secure - WPS Avaliable" What is WPS, does it effect me, can i stop it?

Turn it off if you don't need/use it, and if you do use it, you shouldn't.

What router is it?

You are using WPA2 right? Right?
