I have 3 computers that I want to use wireless at an office. 2 of the
computers are laptops. We are using Windows 2000 sp3. I am aware of the
802.11a/b/g protocols, and the security issues, but I'm not clear on a few
things. First, what is the real world performance of these? We will be next
to a couple other offices with a similar number of wireless computers. If I
have a wireless card in each device, do I need a wireless hub? What brand of
wireless devices has good stable drivers? Is there compatibility issues
between different brands (considering I'm using the same protocol, such as
"g").
