Wireless problem after scan and removal

After running and removing the problem files, I can't re-
connect to the internet.....I have to do a system restore
to get back on then I am back with the same problem files
to deal with. Please help

What build number of MSAS Beta 1 are you currently running (pull down Help
and select About...)? If it is anything earlier than 1.0.614, then go to
http://www.microsoft.com/spyware/ and download the latest version, and
install it. Then try searching for and removing the malware again.

If you are already on .614, please try the KB article fix posted by Mikolaj.

This should take care of your problem. Let us know either way.

It would be interesting to know what threats were removed--build .614 is
supposed to be less susceptable to the problem (we think) you are having.
