Friends,
I have a problem and question:
I have win2000 desktop. I have a DSL connection connected to a linksys
wireless router. Desktop is connected directly to the router. From my
desktop i am able print with out any problems. My printer is in a
shared mode.

I have an xp laptop with centrino chip. I am able to successfully
connect to the network from my laptop.
I am trying to print documents from my laptop using the printer
connected to my desktop. Absolutely i am out of luck. I know i did not
configure something correctly. Not sure what it is.

On my desktop, under the properties of my printer, under SHARE tab,
there is a button says "Additional Drivers". I clicked and could not
see any driver for XP to be installed.

I am confused, please help me.

Thanks
Brao

1. You can see the desktop and share files with it ? If not, check that File
and Print Sharing is enabled and that security is not an issue
2. Did you use the "Add a printer" wizard in XP - you may have to provide
your own XP drivers for the printer
