I cannot get this to work on my Windows XP system. It
laods the drivers and fails to connect the devices when
scanning. Microsoft support and drivers sites do not
even list it in the drop downs which is very
frustrating. Anyone have any idea where i can get
support or updated drivers? This unit is brand new and
has never worked. I'm trying all options before I send
it back.

Rik,

I wish I could offer a solution to your problem but I cannot. However, if
only to reassure you, I too have tried in vain to get mine to work and the
best I ever achieved was to get the mouse to function. XP simply could
never identify the keyboard. In the end I gave up and swapped the kit out
for the less expensive wireless optical and that set up has worked without a
hitch for two months now.

I hope someone can sort this problem for you. Good luck.

Stan

Mine had several problems during installation too. but it eventually worked
using this procedure.unisntall everything, boot from the older keyboard, go
straight to the CD and install the bluetooth stack, your drive
letter:\Prereq\BthStack\enu\q323183_wxp_sp2_x86_enu.exe. reboot if necessary
and then run setup normally, don't haste, follow the procedures, make sure
you press the button at the bottom of the keyboard when asked, just to be
assured install fresh batteries, connect the new keyboard only when the
guided setup tells you to. and use only the intellitype software on the CD,
version 2.3 ? and if by a miracle you get the volume control to work. please
tell me what kind of audio card you have.

Cheers
