Hi,
I have wireless network within my house, to which functions perfectly.

But, once I enter my families house, the network also works, but I cannot
send emails. I can retrieve, but cant send??

Can someone please advise?

Thanks

Jonathan

Any chance the two of you are using different ISPs? If so, you'll need to
change your account details to use the sending server belonging to the ISP
your family uses. Most ISPs will not allow you to use a sending server they
don't own as an anti-Spam measure.

Hi ,
Thanks for the reply. Does that mean all my email addresses I have are now
unable to be used? the email addresses are from a .com that I own and run my
business from.

If I change to the family ISP, will my email accounts still work? and when
you say change the ISP details do you mean the POP3 and STMP??

THanks

Jonathan

I mean specifically change the SMTP server name from the one your ISP uses
to the one your family's ISP uses. Everything else remains the same, all
your addresses will be fine as will your email accounts.
