wireless not connecting to ip adress

I need some help resolving a wireless problem using a
Dell latitude and Windows 200 Pro. When I enable the
wireless connection the laptop cannot get an ip address.
 
What DHCP server are you using? Are you using WEP? What wireless access
point are you using, and can it pass DHCP requests?
