Steven

I just installed the SP2 patch and I am not able to
connect to the internet now. I have turned off the
Windows Firewall. I can see packets being sent but it
doesn't appear that anything is coming back to the
computer. Since I do not have internet connection now, I
am limited in my search for an answer.

Currently I use a router with its own IP address and
norton antivirus.

Hi

How to troubleshoot wireless network connections in Windows XP
Service Pack 2
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;870702

I have a good signal to my network.
How is this information valid in addressing the cause of
the problem?

I tried to uninstall SP2 and it doesn't uninstall.
