Wireless network connection problem

Whilst connected to the interent via my wirless router i am constantly lossing the connection, my wireless card still says that i have good connectivity but i cannot access the interenet, the two monitor symbol in the task bar shows only one of the screens lighting up. I have tried using tracert www.google.com and it simply returns a message saying it "unable to resolve target system name www.google.com"

I hope someone can help because i can only get on the internet for mere minutes at a time, and none of my housemates are havign the problem with their computers.

Download the latest drivers & install them and see if that works?
Have you changed any settings recently?
Who's your ISP??
