wireless internet?

Hello all. I just hooked up my wireless modem. And am trying to log on with
my new-used laptop. I keep on getting this message ( Problem applying
profile). How do you fix this? Thanks Dan

Depends on many things...

Like...
- your exact version of Windows
- what *you* mean by wireless modem
- What this wireless modem is and how your laptop connects to it
- what capabilities your "new-used laptop" has
- what software/drivers (relevant to this situation) your "new-used laptop"
has
