wireless disconnect with Windows XP

Hi,
I sometimes have my wireless computer under XP
disconnecting from my PA, both with wireless zero
configuration and PRISM GT Devices drivers.
How cam I get my PCMCIA device to work
properly *without* disconnecting!!!?
 
does the vendor have WHQL'd drivers for this 802.11g card? is this a
PRISM GT reference card and drivers or an OEM using this card and base
drivers? Which vendor. What are you connecting to?
