Wireless Connection

Hi,

I have recently installed windows Vista beta 2 and am having difficulty in
establishing a connection with my Wireless Network.

After install, the system detected my USB adapter (WG111T) without any
problems and made a fully functioning internet connection. After 10 mins or
so, the connection was dropped and I have been unable to reinstate it. I
have tried changing USB port, flushing the dns, renewing IP address etc.

My network is secured by WEP and the SSID is being broadcast.

Does anybody have any ideas how to resolve this issue? At first I thought
it was an incompatibility with the network adapter but seeing as the web
connection was working briefly, I don't see how this could be the case.

Should I try disabling security all together?

Thanks in advance folks.

I had a similar issue with my Belkin wireless card where the connection
seemed to time out after 10 mins or so. Somewhere in the network setup there
is an option to keep the network connection open I clicked the box to keep it
open and had no problems since. It worked for me it may work for you.
