Wireless Client Cannot Reconnect to a Wireless Access Point

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 828940
I think I have the above problem, but I dont know how to get the hotfix for it. I looked everyware. Whats happening is even though my wireless network is connected at 11 Mpbs I canot open webpages for an extended time they open for awhile then they wont open any more even though im still conected. If I reboot the pc im fine again for awile
Im at a lost

Im sorry for the post, Ill have to repost, I don't think what I described is accurate.
