Wireless Card GN-WP01GT

Hi,

I was wondering if you might be able to help me I have a Gigabyte
Wireless Card GN-WP01GT When I try and fit it into the slot it wont
go in but it seems like its sloted into the back of the case ok, but
it wont slot into the PCI slot of any of the holes that its ment to. I
have been advised by the maker of the card that its a standrad fit,
but I have had a replacement and its still the same, I have also
tried it in another comptuer and motherboard and the problem is still
there.

I would be most grateful for any support you could offer me.

I've got the same card and it fits in my PC no problem - I can't think why it wouldn't fit, especially if you've had a replacement and tried it in another PC.

Does it look too big, too small? It may be that you need to apply some more pressure if it's a tight fit?

Thanks for your reply.

Same here I can’t seem to think why it won’t fit into the case I never come across this problem before. It looks the right size to go into the slot and the case. the problem it wont click into the hole in the case and into the holes the PCI slot, I've used some more force than usual but I don’t wont to really force it in because I don’t wont to break anything.

How did you fix it out of interest, just by giving it a bit of a wiggle and fitting it?

Yea I wiggled it around a bit and lined it up better and it went in. :)
