Wired nor wireless connection available

In Network Connections Windows recognizes my fixed and wireless connection.
Very recent drivers as well.

But for some reason, it keeps saying, Network cable unplugged...
And it is'nt..
Wireless not funtioning in any way.

To bad a computer without a connection is like a bar without beer
