wiping out

You boot using a floppy made under Windows 98, SE, or ME and format the
drive Windows is on.
 
I feel that if people are going to ask simple questions they get simple
answers - and suffer accordingly. I don't think we should be mind readers
and I'd just as soon let the fools suffer the consequences of their actions
and their obvious inability to ask meaningful questions.
