You have two options. The first issoftware called Evidence Eliminator
(unfortunately you have to buy it) This will completely clear your system.
Alternatively, and i use this one a lot, you can go for the freeware
software called Wipeout www.securitysoftware.cc. Download the application
and run the program. The best thing to do is, on the main screen, clcik on
the option for 'use advanced settings'. If you then click the advanced tab
you will see what it will wipe. The default free space wipe is 16 times. I
suggest you reduce this because it can take hours and hours otherwise. I use
2 times. After you havedecided how many wipes you will need, go back to the
main screen and click the 'Wipe' button. WipeOut will then do it's stuff.

Hope this helps
