Hi everyone,
I will start to use WinXP in all computers in my network but I want that
all users to see the same desktop (none; blue), to see the icons (my
computer, I.E, my network places) in the desktop and to see the start menu
like old Win2K. Need help.

Thanks in advanced

Yes, I have AD, and I know that I can do this with AD, but I don't know how.
Need some Help here please.

Thanks again.

Then you have to study how Group Policy (GPO) works. Basically, you:
1. Create an OU in your Active directory
2. Move computer accounts or user accounts to that OU
3. Right click the OU, select Group Policy Tab
4. Create a new group policy that will apply to that OU
5. Edit the policy and set specific settings

The settings that you set in GPO will apply to computers (Computer settings)
or Users (User Settings) that are part of the OU. This gets complicated if
you implement different GPO's and use inheritance, GPO blocking, ..... This
is the basics and you can start here, but to study GPO's more in detail,
visit www.microsoft.com/Windows2000 and look for Group policy white papers,
or buy a good AD book which will explain my 10 lines in 200 pages ;-)
