We have a new Dell Dimension 2350 running WinXP Pro; it
connected up to our Win2000 network fine and was running
good until the point when I loaded WinFax Pro Version 10
on it last week. When I went to reboot, I got an error
message on Norton AntiVirus-Corporate Edition then I got
an error stating that it "could not reconnect all network
drives". I first uninstalled WinFax Pro and then
uninstalled the Antivirus but I am still getting the
error - I can login fine with the users login or my
login. I have tried a different computer on the network
cable and that works fine. I have tried disconnecting the
network drives and re-mapping them but it cannot even find
the network - altough I can login fine. What can I do?
Thanks.
