Hi,

I seem to have somehow messed up my WinXP sign-on screen.

Previously, after I booted up, the screen would appear showing my name and a
white space to type in my password. Now, for some reason, just my name is
shown, and I have to click it to reveal the space to type my password.

I know it's not that big a deal, but I'd like to be able to restore it to
the way it was. Can anyone help me?

Thank you in advance,
Sarah

Did you install the asp.net update from windows update site recently? If so
then this update adds a hidden user to the system.
Download and install the xp version of tweakui, run it go to the logon
section and tell it not to display the ASPNET user on the welcome screen.
