Today when I returned home, I found 1,002 messages waiting
in my inbox. The only personal mail I'm interested in, is
from my 12 year old little girl. Would one of you kind
souls enlighten me as to how to delete 1,002 unwanted,
unsolicited messages without using a hammer? I just might
put you in my will........?! :)

Click on the first message and then hold your shift key
and click on the last. Then hit your delete key and they
will be sent to your Outlook Recycle Bin. You should
probably then empty your Outlook Recycle Bin.

If there are emails in the middle of the list of emails
that were selected by the process I just mentioned above,
follow the instructions above, but then hold your Control
key down and click on each one you want to keep to
unselect it. This only applies if wanted emails were in
the middle of the list of emails that were selected, not
those above or below the list of unwanted emails.

*IMPORTANT* - Be careful not to double click during this
process as you will have an extreme mess on your hands as
you watch 1002 emails suddenly start to open all at
once. If that happens, it's probably best just to
immediately turn your machine off and start over.

Create a rule that throws away all mail not from her address.
