WINXP, Hyperlink click on creates only a miniature small box

I use Windows XP and when I click on a hyperlink, a very small miniaturized
window pops up. It can be maximized or closed, I can drag the sides to make
it larger, but the next time it is again such a miniaturized window.

Why is that all of a sudden?

Is this problem seen in a particular website? May be you're clicking on a javascript: link instead.
