WinXp Home SP-2 shuts down no reason

Hi

Its happening from 5 days..The system reboots on its own the OS is
winXP home with SP-2. The big reason is I have done what not everything
from checking the event log and checking the hardware BIOS and
unchecking the automatic restart...Ran AntiVirus and AntiSpyware
etc...But could not figure out the problem some say it is over heating
but some times it reboots the first time when I login to the system in
the morning too...So no real reason..Some one please help me!!

Testing hardware failures often involves swapping out suspected parts
with known-good parts. If you can't do the testing yourself and/or are
uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigStoreUSA).

Start with the RAM and power supply.
