message How do I change the fonts in My Computer & Windows Explorer?

If you mean the font used for the text shown under, or next to,
the icons then change the Font for the Item: Icon using the
Display Properties dialog box. For the general procedure see the
following Microsoft Knowledge Base article, section "How to
Change the Color, Size, and Font of Individual Window Elements".

To change the "text" that appears in Windows Explorer (or My
Computer) you will have to change the Font for all icons. To do
that right-click the Desktop, and select Properties. Click the
Appearance tab, and then select Advanced. In the dialog box
named Advanced Appearance click the arrow in the drop-down box
titled Item: and select the object named Icon. Click the
drop-down arrow in the box titled Font: and select the font you
want to use. If desired click the drop-down arrow in the box
titled: Size and select a different size. In the dialog box
named Advanced Appearance click the OK button. In the dialog box
named Display Properties click the Apply button. Then after the
change is set click the OK button. To return the settings back
to default follow the above procedure and use the following
values: Font: Microsoft Sans Serif. Size: 8
